About the menu
We rewrite the menu when the season calls for it – not by the calendar, but by what is genuinely at its best right now. A short menu that changes often is the rule here rather than the exception.
Over the years, though, a few dishes have become such favourites that taking them off the menu would be out of the question. Guests ask for them by name, and some people drive out here just for them. So the menu always holds two things side by side: what is best right now, and what simply has to be there.
If you have allergies, intolerances or other special requests, do let us know – either when booking or once you're at the table. The earlier we know, the better we can plan for it.
