Fish Workshop

We invite colleagues and food professionals to Vergi Harbor for a hands-on fish workshop focused on valuing local catch and strengthening essential seafood skills rooted in Estonia’s coastal tradition.

 

During the workshop, we clean and fillet fish, learn how to assess freshness and quality, and discuss how to use the whole fish efficiently - from head to tail. The emphasis is on practical work, shared experience, and a deeper respect for local raw ingredients.

 

This is collaborative learning by the sea - from raw product to plate.
