• 6 round tables (up to 10 guests each)

• Rectangular tables (6–8 guests)

• Long tables (10–12 guests)

• A sweetheart table for the couple, often placed at the back wall but fully customizable

 

We’ll help you choose the arrangement that suits your guest list and atmosphere.

 

 

Art & Interior Requests

 

The paintings in our house are part of Wirkes’ character.

We kindly ask that they remain in the building.

However, you are welcome to rearrange them between rooms to match your wedding style.

 

 

Privacy & Minimum Order

 

To ensure full exclusivity and avoid the common issue of walk-in guests reaching a closed door, we reserve the entire house for your wedding.

Our minimum order is 5,500 € for full-day private use.

 

 

Collaboration & Coordination

 

• We’re happy to coordinate with musicians, DJs, decorators and wedding planners.

• We offer guidance on timing, flow and menu design.

• For larger weddings (100+ guests), we recommend involving a professional decorator or coordinator.

• Please ensure that decorations, candles and equipment do not damage surfaces and allow guests and staff to move comfortably.

 

 

Use of Space & Surroundings

 

• We host weddings year-round — each season adds its own charm.

• The sauna area, terraces and harbour surroundings are available for photos.

• Beach and outdoor ceremonies are welcome, but weather conditions may influence timing. We’ll help find the best alternative if needed.
